Fees

Initial Phone Consult Free up to 30 minutes, after 30 minutes a $50 fee applies (up to an hour initial phone consult).

Intake Assessment (1 hour) - $100 + HST

Individual Session (1 hour) - $130 + HST

Couples & Family Therapy Session (1 hour) - $230 + HST

All psychotherapy services are being provided virtually only at this time.

Method of payment - E-transfer or Credit Card or cheque payment at the end of each session. E-transfers can be made to mandpcounselling@gmail.com with a separate email containing the E-transfer password. Payment by credit card will be processed using PayPal invoicing. If paying by cheque, please make payable to "M&P Psychotherapy & Consulting Services."

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice is provided for cancelling/rescheduling appointments. The full session fee of $130 + HST will be charged for all missed appointments, where 24 notice is not provided for appointment changes or cancellations.

Couples Therapy

In the therapy sessions, we’ll work collaboratively with you to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. We will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.

Individual Therapy

We work collaboratively with clients using a strengths-based approach utilizing their capacity to implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters.

Family Therapy

Family therapy will will help improve relationships, re-frame reactions and provide valuable coping tools.

Referral Services

Provide referrals to other community mental health agencies based on each client's ongoing changing needs.
